Using and Abusing the Residential Agreement of Sale

Krista Kochosky, Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group, has been selected by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute (PBI) as a member of the faculty for the upcoming continuing legal education seminar, Using and Abusing the Residential Agreement of Sale. The program will take place on April 26th, at the PBI Professional Development Center in Pittsburgh.

Program Overview:

This program will review the latest changes and interpretations to the Pennsylvania Association of REALTORS® (PAR) residential agreement of sale and review the provisions most commonly used and abused, including tips to better represent your clients.

Examine new and misused parts of the PAR form, including:

  • Dates
  • Appraisal addendum
  • Inspection clauses
  • Resales in condos and planned communities
  • Seller’s disclosure form
  • Legal descriptions
  • Broker disclosure addendum
