The first session of a training webinar series, “Steps in Buying and Selling a Business,” presented by the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship at Chatham University, focuses on the importance of assembling an M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) team to assist with your purchase.

Your M&A team will provide critical guidance in evaluating potential deal structures and managing the steps of the acquisition process — from Indication of Intent (IOI) to Closing. Your team will also assist you in avoiding common pitfalls of the buying process, and in making a sophisticated and informed purchase while controlling costs.
