The Lynch Law Group has been recognized as one of Western Pennsylvania’s Best Places to Work by the Pittsburgh Business Times, marking another year of distinction for the firm. The honor reflects the organization’s commitment to fostering exceptional workplace culture and prioritizing employee satisfaction. Selection for the 2025 list was determined through an independent employee survey that evaluated key workplace factors, including job satisfaction, management effectiveness, and compensation packages.

The Lynch Law Group earned an impressive employee satisfaction score of 88.65 out of 100, with more than two-thirds of employees (67.7%) reporting high levels of work engagement. Survey respondents attributed their satisfaction to the firm’s supportive culture, collaborative atmosphere, and emphasis on professional development. “It’s a professional but fun environment. We all work hard,” one employee noted. “The team here is focused on the common goal of being successful and we all respect and care about each other.”

The firm’s personality shines through in employee feedback, from selecting Smash Mouth’s “All Star” as their unofficial theme song to sharing the running joke “It’s after 4 p.m. Where are all the lawyers?” Recognition is clearly valued, with 80% of male employees and 67% of female employees feeling acknowledged for their contributions. Leadership earned high praise for their people-first approach, with one employee explaining, “Management understands that our people are the firm’s most valuable asset. Employees have a clear path to success with the independence and flexibility to make their own decisions.”

This recognition marks the seventh time The Lynch Law Group has been named to the Best Places to Work list. Founded in 2002, the Firm serves local, regional, and national clients across corporate law, litigation, business succession planning, and estates and trusts. With its main office in Cranberry Township, the Firm employs 38 people and continues to grow as a trusted legal partner.
