The Lynch Law Group has been recognized as one of Western Pennsylvania’s Best Places to Work by the Pittsburgh Business Times, earning the No. 25 ranking among medium-sized companies in the 2026 Best Places to Work program. The annual recognition celebrates organizations throughout the region that demonstrate strong employee satisfaction and engagement. This year’s medium category included 27 organizations with 25 to 49 employees.
The Best Places to Work program evaluates organizations based on employee feedback gathered through an independent survey administered by Quantum Workplace. Employees evaluate their workplaces across a range of factors, including goals and leadership, communication and support, advancement opportunities and skill development, recognition and compensation, flexibility, and the ability to embrace innovation and new ideas.
For The Lynch Law Group, the recognition is particularly meaningful because of the strong participation and positive feedback from its employees. 82.76% of the firm’s employees participated in the survey, demonstrating a high level of engagement and willingness to share their experiences. The firm also achieved an impressive 88.26% employee satisfaction rate.
The results reflect the importance The Lynch Law Group places on its people and the culture it has built throughout the firm. From collaboration and teamwork to professional growth and a supportive work environment, the recognition highlights the collective efforts of the attorneys and staff who contribute to the firm’s success every day.
“We are incredibly proud to receive this recognition, but even more proud of the people who make The Lynch Law Group what it is,” said Daniel P. Lynch, Founder and Managing Partner of The Lynch Law Group. “Congratulations to our entire team on this well-deserved achievement, and thank you for your continued hard work and dedication.”
The Lynch Law Group is proud to celebrate this achievement with its entire team and remains committed to building a workplace where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered to succeed.
