The Lynch Law Group Partner Krista M. About the Course

Real Estate 101 2026 walks attendees through the fundamentals of a residential real estate transaction from start to finish. The program follows the process chronologically, from the roles of the parties involved and required disclosures, through the agreement of sale and ultimately to closing, while also addressing common boundary and title issues that can arise along the way.

Krista will be joined by fellow real estate attorneys David J. Scaggs, Esq. of The Granger Firm and Brett M. Woodburn, Esq. of Woodburn Law, bringing a well-rounded, multi-perspective look at residential real estate practice in Pennsylvania.
