The Lynch Law Group Named One of the Best Places to Work in Western PA for 2024

 

The Lynch Law Group has once again been recognized as one of Western Pennsylvania’s Best Places to Work by the Pittsburgh Business Times. This distinction highlights the firm’s exceptional workplace culture and employee satisfaction, as determined by an independent survey. The 2024 honorees were selected based on responses from employees, who provided feedback on various workplace factors including satisfaction, management, and compensation.

The Lynch Law Group achieved a notable employee satisfaction score of 89.29 out of 100, with 78.13% of its employees reporting that they are highly engaged in their work. Employees cited the firm’s supportive culture, collaborative environment, and focus on professional development as key drivers of their satisfaction. One employee shared, “I feel appreciated and valued in everything that I do,” while another highlighted how the firm fosters learning opportunities and mutual respect.

In addition, the firm’s culture was described as “supportive” by employees in the survey, and 100% of male employees and 78% of female employees agreed that they are recognized when they contribute to the organization’s success. The firm’s leadership also received strong praise, with high scores for valuing employees as their most important resource.

This recognition marks the sixth time The Lynch Law Group has been named to the Best Places to Work list. Founded in 2002, the firm serves local, regional, and national clients across corporate law, litigation, business succession planning, and estates and trusts. With its main office in Cranberry Township, the firm employs over 20 people and continues to grow as a trusted legal partner.
