The Lynch Law Group is pleased to announce that Victor S. Kustra has been elevated to Member (equity owner) of the Firm, recognizing his exceptional legal skill, business acumen, and ongoing commitment to client service.

Victor is a key member of the Firm’s Business & Corporate Law, Real Estate Law, and Business Succession Planning Practice Groups. He serves as outside general counsel to small and mid-sized businesses, advising owners and C-suite executives on a broad range of corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, restructurings, contract negotiation, partner disputes, and employment-related issues.

A significant portion of Victor’s practice is devoted to mergers and acquisitions, where he represents buyers and sellers in complex transactions involving stock purchases, asset purchases, membership interest purchases, redemptions, and leveraged buyouts. He is widely respected for his practical, business-minded approach and his ability to guide clients through every stage of the transaction process.

In addition to his corporate practice, Victor regularly assists clients with real estate transactions, including agreements of sale, commercial and residential leasing, and strategic planning for investment properties.

Victor’s professional excellence has been consistently recognized. He has been selected to the Pennsylvania Super Lawyers Rising Stars List for five consecutive years (2021–2025) and was named among Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch in 2024 and 2025.
