About Frank Vitale
Frank Vitale is a resident of West Virginia with over 25 years of experience in business and community leadership. Currently, Frank Vitale serves as President and CEO of Forge Business Solutions – a certified veteran-owned professional consulting firm headquartered in Morgantown, WV – with a focus on community and government relations, strategic planning, education, healthcare, veteran programs, and professional development.
A graduate of the U.S. Army’s Academy of Health Sciences, Vitale has more than 17 years of accumulated service to his country as a member of the U.S. Army and West Virginia National Guard, finishing his career with the rank of Captain. Since graduating from Valley Forge Military College in 1994, Vitale has been recognized on numerous accounts for his service, such as the United States of America – Meritorious Service Medal and Army Commendation Medal with oak-leaf cluster. Later, he attended West Virginia University where he earned a degree in Sociology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).
Vitale serves as the founder and president of vetconnection.org, a veteran resource network, a member of the board of directors of TechConnect WV, a member of the board of directors of the West Virginia Public Education Collaborative, a past chairman and current member of the visiting committee of the WVU School of Public Health, a former member of the West Virginia Board of Education, a former treasurer and board member of the Milan Puskar Health Right, past campaign-chair and board member of the United Way of Monongalia and Preston Counties, past campaign-chair for the Bartlett House, and a past chairman of the board of the Morgantown Chamber of Commerce.
Throughout his career, Frank has held senior leadership roles in managing human relations and operations at financial and healthcare institutions. Frank Vitale was selected as a 2015 “Young Gun” by West Virginia Executive Magazine. He is the recipient of the 2014 WVU Alumni Association’s Community Service Award, and in 2011, the West Virginia State Journal chose Frank as a member of “Generation Next – 40 Under 40.”
Frank and his wife Ashley reside in Morgantown, West Virginia, with their son Maxwell and daughters Isabella and Cecelia.
