Litigating the Insurance Bad Faith Claim

PBI LogoKrista Kochosky, Head of Litigation for The Lynch Law Group, will instruct the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s course, Litigating the Insurance Bad Faith Claim. Krista will teach a section called, The How, When, What and Why on Removal to Federal Court. The program will be held from 9:00 a.m. until 12:15 p.m. on December 8, at the PBI Professional Development Conference Center in the Heinz 57 Center, 7th floor at 339 6th Avenue. It is approved for (3) hours of CLE credit.
