Join Our Team

We know that tomorrow’s success is built upon today’s planning. In planning for the future of the Firm, we are always interested in inquiries from experienced, talented lawyers and administrative professionals seeking to join a firm with an entrepreneurial culture.

The Lynch Law Group has been recognized by multiple publications over the years. Here’s just a sample of the places we’ve been honored:

Career Development

Our entrepreneurial and collegial environment will challenge your legal expertise and inspire you to grow your practice at any stage of your career. Seasoned legal veterans, as well as new associates, will find the technology, resources, and support necessary for professional growth along with a commitment to a healthy work-life balance.

Attorney Programs

Associate Mentor Program

Our Associate Mentor Program supports the professional and personal development of new lawyers, as well as experienced lawyers who are new to the Firm. This lawyer-to-lawyer program is designed to help our new lawyers become acclimated to the work environment at the Firm including the processes, procedures, people, and culture. New associates are given 12-24 months to gain experience in all of our practice areas. At the end of that time, they may choose to formally join a Practice Group.

The program is not just about the law. It is an opportunity to speak with a partner about work/life balance, best practices, goals, and other topics that are related to the firm and your individual practice. This is how we teach associates about what we do, how we do it, and how they can be successful.” – Victor S. Kustra

Accountability Partner Program

The Accountability Partner Program is a peer mentoring program for all lawyers within the Firm. The initiative is designed to provide each attorney with an additional resource to collaborate on issues and challenges in practice development, business development, and progress toward professional goals.

Associates’ Committee

The Associates’ Committee serves as the collective voice of the Firm’s associates, and it works closely with the Leadership Team on issues of interest. The committee meets regularly to discuss concerns and priorities on topics such as compensation, training, technology, career development, work-life balance, legal support, and Firm culture. Accordingly, the committee makes recommendations to the Firm leaders on ways to enhance and improve existing programs and policies and introduce new ideas and initiatives.

Senior Attorneys’ Committee

Similar to the Associates’ Committee, the Senior Attorneys’ Committee represents the Firm’s experienced attorneys and provides a platform to deliver recommendations and provide feedback to the Leadership Team.

Compensation and Benefits

We provide a competitive compensation package and a robust suite of benefits including: Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, a 401(k) matching program, Profit Sharing, affordable Health Insurance including Dental & Vision coverage, Health Savings Account to help offset the cost of health care expenses, Long-Term Disability Insurance, AFLAC, and an Employee Assistance Program.

Work Hard, Play Hard

We believe in making The Lynch Law Group a great place to work because we also need to work here. That’s why we frequently organize group experiences outside of the office where we can get together as people, rather than coworkers.

In just the past year we have:

Mental Health Priorities

In addition to the care we give to developing our attorneys’ skills, we also prioritize our attorneys’ mental health by working with a local chapter of the national organization Lawyers Concerned for Lawyers (LCL).
