Attorneys Charles Hadad has been selected by the National Business Institute (NBI) as instructors for its CLE program, “Estate Planning: New Laws, Old Tools, and the Changes You Need to Make.” This seminar offers a practical analysis of the recent and proposed legal and tax changes affecting trusts and estates and provides a review of the new tools to adapt to the changing regulatory environment.
