The filing deadline for the 2018 EEO-1 Survey has been extended to May 31, 2019.
Due to the EEOC closure during the federal government shutdown (December 22, 2018 – January 25, 2019) the 2018 EEO-1 Survey was postponed. The opening of the database for the 2018 EEO-1 Survey was postponed to early March and the filing deadline is extended until May 31, 2019.
Companies that filed the EEO-1 Report last year will receive information regarding a login password in late February or early March 2019.

And federal government contractors are required to file if they have 50 employees and at least one federal contract, subcontract, or purchase orders of $50,000.
