Chuck Hadad is a Partner and a member of the Firm’s Corporate, Business Succession and Estates and Trusts Practice Group. He brings broad experience in helping clients with business formations, drafting and negotiating internal governance documents, and assisting clients with the purchase or sale of a privately owned business. Chuck is a trusted adviser to clients in the preparation of estate planning documents that fit their customized needs and an experienced litigator for Orphans’ Court. He earned his J.D. from The Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, where he graduated with honors in 2006.
Tracy Zihmer is an Associate with the Firm. She also joins the Corporate, Business Succession and Estates and Trusts Practice Group. Tracy advises clients in the formation of businesses, drafting of governance documents and agreements, preparation of deeds, and assistance with property assessment appeals. Tracy also focuses on Estate Planning and Estate and Trust Administration. In addition, she advocates for clients in Orphans’ court matters by representing fiduciaries or beneficiaries in claims regarding the distribution of estate property. Tracy earned her J.D. from Duquesne University in 2012, where she graduated magna cum laude.
