The Lynch Law Group is Proud To Be One Of Pittsburgh’s Best Places to Work
There has been a lot to celebrate at The Lynch Law Group recently. Last week, members of the Firm joined hundreds of Pittsburgh companies at the Westin Convention Center Hotel for a celebratory luncheon and awards presentation recognizing the Pittsburgh Business Times 2019 Best Places Work. Rankings and winners were announced in four categories: small, medium, large and extra-large, based on number of employees.
The winners of Best Places to Work are selected based on the results of an online company survey. Employees are polled for their feedback on a variety of factors ranging from job satisfaction and compensation to perspectives on management. This year the Firm ranked 12th in the medium company category with an employee satisfaction score of 92.2%. It has been selected as a Best Places to Work five out of the last eight years.
Dan Lynch, Founder and Managing Partner of The Lynch Law Group, said it is important to have a company culture where all employees feel valued and are recognized for their contributions. “Our people make the difference. We continually try to find ways to highlight great performance and to celebrate our wins. In August, the Firm celebrated its success in revenue growth at the Pittsburgh Business Times 2019 Fast 50 awards reception at the Rivers Casino. With revenue growth of 99.94% from 2016 trough 2018, the Firm ranked as the 15th fastest growing company in Pittsburgh. It has been recognized as one of Pittsburgh Fastest Growing Companies in 2012, 2013, 2017, 2018.
