Victor S. Kustra is an Associate in the Corporate, Real Estate, and Estates and Trusts Practice Groups. His Corporate practice primarily consists of advising business owners on business formation and preparation of necessary documents to meet corporate governance compliance, including by-laws, operating agreements, members agreements, and meeting minutes. Victor also concentrates on mergers and acquisitions, including leveraged buyouts, stock purchases, asset purchases, and membership interest purchases.
On the Real Estate side of his practice, Victor collaborates with individuals and business owners on strategic planning related to owning and selling real estate such as rental and investment properties. He also reviews, prepares, and negotiates agreements of sale, residential leases, and commercial leases on behalf of landlords and tenants. Victor has a background in Municipal Law and has a great deal of experience working with property owners on local property matters, such as easements, variances, subdivisions, and assessment appeals.
Victor’s Estates and Trusts practice consists of preparation of basic estate planning documents, including Wills, Durable Power of Attorney, Healthcare Power of Attorney, Living Will, and HIPAA Authorization. His Estates and Trusts clients range from young professionals and couples who are planning for the future, to successful business owners who are thinking about the succession of their legacy.
Victor is a client-focused attorney with exceptional communication skills. He enjoys collaborating directly with his clients and their other advisors to help them achieve their individual goals.
