Todd M. Pappasergi is a Partner with The Lynch Law Group and Chair of the Municipal Services Practice Group. He focuses his practice in litigation, business/commercial law, and complex appellate litigation. Todd has successfully represented both individual and commercial clients in a variety of matters, in state and federal court, as well as before boards of arbitration and mediators. Todd also represents and counsels public entities on matters both in and outside of court. He has extensive experience in all areas of municipal law and currently serves as the solicitor or general counsel for several area municipal agencies and property development associations.
Prior to entering private practice, Todd served as a staff judicial clerk for the Honorable Max Baer, Justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, a position he held for six years. Through this experience, Todd gained an invaluable, insider view of the court system, which has continued to benefit him throughout his career in obtaining positive results for his clients at all trial and appellate levels.
Todd earned his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law in 2008 and was elected to the prestigious Order of the Barristers upon graduation. He is an active member of the Washington County Bar Association, where he serves as Treasurer, as well as the and Pennsylvania Bar Association. He is admitted to all Pennsylvania state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Todd was born and raised in the Mon Valley. He continues to reside in Washington County with his wife, two children, and two dogs.
