Ryan C. Thomas

Ryan C. Thomas is an Associate at The Lynch Law Group, where he is a member of the Business & Corporate Law Practice Group. Ryan brings a strong foundation in labor and employment law, with experience representing employers in labor arbitrations, employment disputes, and special education due process matters. He works closely with clients to develop practical legal solutions, conducting legal research, drafting briefs and memoranda, and assisting with negotiations and litigation strategy.

Before joining the Firm, Ryan gained experience in private practice and served as a judicial extern. He also spent three years practicing municipal and school law, giving him a practical grounding in the legal needs of public entities.

Ryan is the author of several publications, including Fastball Down The Middle — How Major League Baseball's Players Association Can Hit A Home Run By Implementing Its Own Human Equity Fund, 29 Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal 475 (2022); All-out Blitz: The Rams won the Super Bowl, but St. Louis won the Settlement, Jeffrey S. Ryan earned his LL.M. in Taxation from Villanova University Widger School of Law (2024) and his J.D. from Villanova University Widger School of Law (2023), where he served as Executive Editor of the Jeffrey S. Moorad Sports Law Journal. He received his B.S., summa cum laude, from Duquesne University (2020).

Ryan is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.

Outside the office, Ryan enjoys golfing and spending time with his family, including their lab puppy, Bee.
