Rachel M. Schade
Rachel M. Schade is an Associate Attorney at The Lynch Law Group where she is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Rachel focuses her practice on litigation matters, including estate litigation, quiet title actions, mechanics' liens, and breach of contract claims.
Rachel is a member of the Allegheny County and Washington County Bar Associations. She has contributed to legal scholarship through her publication of a case note in Joule: Environmental Law Journal, examining League of United Latin American Citizens v. Regan.
Rachel earned her Juris Doctor, with a Civil Litigation Concentration, Summa Cum Laude, from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, where she also earned a Business Essentials Micro-credential. During law school, Rachel was recognized as a Dean Scholar and Leadership Fellow and received CALI Awards in Torts, Business Associations, and Criminal Procedure. She received her Bachelor of Science, Summa Cum Laude, from Baldwin Wallace University in Berea, Ohio, where she majored in Psychology and Criminal Justice.
Rachel is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
Outside of the office, Rachel resides in Robinson Township with her significant other and their cat, Patches. She enjoys hiking, traveling, exploring new restaurants, and cooking.
