Nicholas R. Jimenez

Nicholas R. Jimenez (Nick) is a Senior Associate at The Lynch Law Group, and he is in the Litigation Practice Group where he focuses his practice on complex commercial litigation with particular expertise in financial services and regulatory matters.

Nick brings over ten years of experience advising and representing businesses of all sizes in a variety of claims including partnership dissolutions, contract disputes, consumer claims, disputes involving real estate, and in regulatory investigations. Nick’s experience encompasses all aspects of litigation, ranging from responses to pre-suit demands through the litigation of claims to a final resolution before a court or arbitrator. A creative and practical litigator, Nick takes the time to learn his client’s business and personal goals, then works to seek the outcome that best serves the client. Nick is also committed to making sure that his clients understand the litigation process and are kept “in the know” throughout the life cycle of their case.

Prior to joining The Lynch Law Group, Nick worked as an attorney with Troutman Pepper Locke in Virginia Beach, where he specialized in consumer financial services litigation. Nick maintains a multi-jurisdictional practice and is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, State of New Jersey, State of New York, and Commonwealth of Virginia, and in the Federal courts located in those states.

Nick earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2015, and his B.A. from Emory & Henry College in Southwest Virginia in 2011. In his personal time, Nick is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hiking, camping, skiing and exploring the numerous state parks in Western Pennsylvania with his wife.
