Nicholas C. Scholle
Nicholas C. Scholle is an Associate Attorney at The Lynch Law Group where he is a member of the Estates & Trusts, Elder Law, and Business Succession Planning Practice Groups. Nick is an attorney who serves clients with clarity, organization, and an eye for long-term client value. His practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and trust administration.
Nick brings a blend of technical knowledge and practical insight to complex fiduciary and trust matters. Previously, Nick served ultra-high-net-worth clients in a family office-style setting. His work spanned the administration of intricate trusts, client advising, and internal business development initiatives. Also, he led the administration of trusts holding a variety of unique assets, including commercial real estate, closely-held businesses, family limited partnerships, loans and notes, and more.
Nick earned his J.D. from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law of Duquesne University, where he served as president of the Election Law Society and was a recipient of the McGinley Public Service Law Fellowship. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Duquesne University, where he was a co-recipient of the Political Science Department’s Award for Top Concentrator in Law & Politics. In addition to his academic endeavors, Nick was a student-athlete as a member of the Duquesne Dukes football team.
