Natalia Holliday

Natalia Holliday is an Associate attorney in the Corporate and Estates & Trusts Practice Groups. Her clients range from mid-sized-business-owners and entrepreneurs to couples and families. With focused attention to her client’s needs and through detailed collaboration with fellow attorneys, Natalia develops creative, yet cost-efficient solutions to bring her clients the best results in every matter.

Natalia provides general corporate legal services to business owners in a variety of industries.

Her practice includes:

  • Business formations, transfers, and dissolutions
  • Real estate transfers
  • Drafting internal governance documents

In addition, she guides clients through the estate planning process and develops estate planning documents including, wills, trusts, and powers of attorney that are tailored to meet their specific needs.

Her estate planning practice also includes:

  • Probate and estate administration
  • Medicaid crisis planning (elder law)
  • Preparation of final income tax returns
  • Form 1040 – final personal income tax return
  • Form 1041 –  fiduciary income tax return
  • Form 706 estate and gift tax return

Natalia is an active member of the Allegheny County Bar Association (ACBA), where she is involved with the Women in the Law Division (WLD) as a Council Member; serves as Co-chair of the Committee to Advance Professionalism Education Subcommittee; and also serves as a WLD Liaison to the Committee for Diversity and Inclusion. In addition, she is a member of the ACBA Probate & Trust Section, serving on the Editing Committee.

Natalia earned her J.D. from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2019 with cum laude. While in law school, she was the recipient of the Raymond F. Sekula Award for Passion and Diligence in the Study of Law, the CALI Award in Accounting for Lawyers, and the CALI Award in Animal Law. She also received the Abraham and Anna Helman Memorial Prize for work as Editor-in-Chief of “Juris,” Duquesne Law School’s award-winning legal magazine.

She graduated with magna cum laude from The University of Pittsburgh in 2012, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Certificate in Children’s Literature.
