
Michael Mazack is a Partner and Chair of the Bankruptcy & Creditors’ Rights Practice Group at The Lynch Law Group. Michael is a client-focused attorney with 13 years of experience practicing in Creditors’ Rights, Bankruptcy, Real Estate and Landlord-Tenant matters. He has represented creditors in commercial and consumer loan workouts, foreclosure actions, receiverships, real estate disputes, bankruptcy, commercial and residential lease negotiation/litigation, and unsecured debt collection.
Michael has been recognized for his exceptional service and professional achievement by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. No more than 5% of lawyers in the state are selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers each year. He has been part of this prestigious list seven times.
Michael is an active member of the Allegheny and Butler County Bar Associations, as well as the Western Pennsylvania Real Estate Investors Association. He is also involved in giving back to the community and serves as a volunteer certified counselor with the Pittsburgh chapter of SCORE, a non-profit organization associated with the Small Business Administration that helps individuals who are interested in starting or growing a business.
A 2007 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Michael was the recipient of the Cali Award for Excellence in Legal Writing in the subject of secured transactions. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and in the United States District Court for the Western and Middle and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania.
