Justin A. Rick
Justin A. Rick is a Senior Associate at The Lynch Law Group, where he is in the Litigation Practice Group, bringing over a decade of litigation experience to the firm's clients. His primary practice encompasses the full spectrum of litigation, providing strategic counsel to clients navigating disputes of every size from pre-suit investigation through dispute resolution. Justin leverages his experience advising executive teams, boards, and internal client stakeholders on legal risk, dispute resolution strategies, and reputational considerations in order to keep clients informed and work with them to achieve their goals.
Justin’s diverse background includes defending multinational corporations, healthcare companies, and hospitals in data privacy class action litigation, as well as working in-house at a Fortune 200 company. His litigation experience includes representing clients of all sizes in a variety of complex commercial litigation, construction litigation, data privacy litigation, real estate litigation, and business disputes.
Justin graduated magna cum laude from Duquesne University School of Law, and he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Saint Joseph's University, where he graduated cum laude.
Justin is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, as well as the United States District Courts for the Eastern, Middle, and Western Districts of Pennsylvania.
Justin and his wife live in Mars, PA, keeping busy with their pets — two English bulldogs and two chinchillas.
