Jason Farrelly joins The Lynch Law Group as an associate with a sharp focus on litigation, bringing with him a rich background in finance and law. A proud alumnus of Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, Jason’s financial acumen is a valuable asset in his legal practice. His legal education was completed at Michigan State University College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor with distinction as a Faculty Scholarship recipient and served as an Articles Editor for the Michigan State International Law Review.
With a proven track record in trial preparation, depositions, and motion practice, Jason’s expertise particularly shines in toxic tort and premises liability cases. His prior experience with a prominent regional firm has also seen him navigate the complexities of oil and gas law, from title examination to the drafting of critical legal documents.
Outside the courtroom, Jason is a dedicated family man and an enthusiastic supporter of Pittsburgh sports, sharing his passion with his wife and two children.
