Frank R. Gustine is an Associate in the Estates & Trusts and Municipal Services Practice Groups. He advises individuals, families, and business owners in matters relating to estate planning and administration, with experience advising in wills, living wills, healthcare and financial powers of attorney, trusts, strategies to preserve wealth, and gifting and estate taxes. Frank works to make the estate planning process as smooth as possible for his clients, working alongside their accountants, trust officers, financial advisors, and other advisors. His experience ranges from small estates to those in the millions of dollars.
Frank earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2018, receiving the Pro Bono Service Recognition Certificate. In 2017, he participated in the McGinley Public Service Law Fellowship, a “program provid[ing] student attorneys with valuable work experience through summer positions in government while supporting the law school’s ongoing commitment to public service.” He graduated magna cum laude from West Liberty University with a Bachelor of Music degree in 2014.
Outside his work, Frank enjoys long walks with his dog Calliope.
