Brittany Holzer is an attorney with a broad range of experiences, who actively listens to the goals and objectives of her clients to develop creative strategies and comprehensive solutions tailored to their needs. She is a member of the Estates and Trusts, Corporate, and Business Succession Planning Groups.

Brittany helps families and individuals plan for the future by creating comprehensive estate planning documents including wills, trusts, financial and health care powers of attorney, and living wills. She also works with individuals and health care institutions to assist in guardianship proceedings. Additionally, in her estate practice, she is experienced in special needs planning and medical assistance/long-term care planning.

Her general corporate work involves advising businesses with a variety of contracts and agreements including merger and acquisition documentation, organizational and formation documentation, and real estate transactions. She also skillfully guides business owners through the process of defining their transition goals and establishing a business succession strategy.

Brittany’s banking practice involves the representation of financial institutions in connection with secured and unsecured credit facilities, ranging from single bank to multi-bank transactions. She also advises financial institutions, corporate fiduciaries, and financial advisors regarding roles and responsibilities, regulatory and compliance matters, and execution of fiduciary duties.

Brittany is an active member of a number of professional and community organizations and is engaged in numerous philanthropic endeavors through board participation, fundraising, and volunteering. She serves on the Young Professional Advisory Council for The Pittsburgh Foundation, the Probate and Trust Section Council for the Allegheny County Bar Association, and the Board of Directors of the Estate Planning Council of Pittsburgh. She is also a member of the Financial “Four”um Committee. Some of her community involvement includes:

In her spare time, Brittany enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and foods, cooking with her fiancé, Daniel, golfing, and attending local sporting events.
