
Blair Preiser is a Partner at The Lynch Law Group. She represents companies of all sizes in a broad range of general and complex commercial litigation involving, among other matters, contractual disputes, insurance coverage and defense, publicity, privacy and defamation, entertainment and media, intellectual property, unfair trade practices, product and premises liability, fraud, and real estate.
She is a skilled advocate with a successful track record in state and federal courts, administrative hearings, and domestic and international arbitration proceedings. She is also a talented negotiator with extensive experience in contract and settlement negotiations, as well as in alternative dispute resolution. Blair also counsels clients on an array of topics including risk management, e-discovery, compliance, and protection of intellectual property.
She has been recognized for exceptional service and professional achievement by Pennsylvania Super Lawyers. She has presented continuing legal education seminars on topics related to bankruptcy and insurance coverage and has published in the Widener Law Journal.
She attended Vanderbilt University Law School, where she served as Problem Editor for the National First Amendment Moot Court Competition and earned an award for excellence in the area of entertainment law. She graduated with honors from the University of Michigan with a B.A. in Psychology.
Blair currently serves as a member of the Young Professionals Board of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and is involved with the CLO Ambassadors.
