Benjamin A. Kift is an associate attorney in the Litigation Practice Group, with a focus on commercial litigation and construction litigation. Ben represents owners, contractors, engineers, design professionals, and individuals in a wide range of complex commercial and construction litigation matters. With proven success in and out of the courtroom, he helps his clients solve difficult problems and obtain excellent results.
Ben graduated from the Duquesne University School of Law in 2017, where he received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for eDiscovery Simulation. His extensive experience in electronic discovery enables him to manage large, complex document collection and review projects.
Ben is an active member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and the Allegheny County Bar Association. In his free time, he enjoys spending time outside with his wife, son, and yellow lab.
