Alexandra McGee is a Litigation Associate specializing in commercial litigation, employment law, professional liability, directors and officers liability, and insurance defense litigation. In her practice, Alexandra represents business owners, real estate agents, architects and engineers, and other professionals in breach of contract actions and other professional liability issues. Alexandra also has extensive experience defending breach of fiduciary duty and related claims brought against directors and officers of various non-profits, private clubs, and Homeowners/Condominium Associations.
Having litigated almost every type of matter in the state and federal courts of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Florida, Alexandra is a valuable asset to her commercial clients as an advisor and general counselor. She regularly advises clients on responding to employee complaints, conducting internal investigations, handling employee hiring and terminations, drafting employee handbooks and policies, and drafting employment contracts and separation agreements.
Before joining The Lynch Law Group, Alexandra was Managing Attorney at a highly respected boutique litigation firm in Vero Beach, Florida. There she represented Indian River County, and individuals and businesses in all matters of business and commercial litigation. She provided statutory interpretations to the Board of County Commissioners, reviewed and made recommendations regarding city ordinances as to their state and federal constitutionality, and provided guidance on whether policies and procedures complied with the ADA, FMLA and Title VII. She represented Fortune 500 Companies in complex class actions in both state and federal court. Alexandra also defended employers in all types of employment related litigation, including: Title VII, ADA, ADEA, FMLA, FLSA, ERISA, State employment claims, OSHA, wage & hour, wrongful termination, and non-compete, non-solicitation, and confidentiality agreements.
