Kris Micknowski is an Associate with The Lynch Law Group. He is a member of the Corporate, Real Estate and Litigation Practice Groups. Kris advises companies of all sizes in a wide range of legal matters, including entity formation, transactional matters and resolving disputes. He has represented clients in matters involving breach of fiduciary duty, employment discrimination and Landlord-Tenant rights.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2016, Kris served as a law clerk for the Honorable Robert G. Yeatts, Mercer County Court of Common Pleas.
A 2014 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Kris was the recipient of the William H. Eckert Prize for superior performance in the Legal Writing Program and the David R. Bookstaver Award for demonstrating excellence in the field of property transfer. He also served as the Articles Editor for the Pittsburgh Tax Review
