Kate Snyder is an Associate at The Lynch Law Group. She is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Kate has several years of experience practicing in the areas of insurance defense of auto liability and premises liability matters. Kate’s litigation experience includes assisting in the organization of discovery, drafting dispositive motions, defending client’s interests in magistrate and arbitration hearings, the management of minor’s settlement petitions, and arguing various motions throughout the Commonwealth.
Kate earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Penn State – Altoona in English. She received her Juris Doctor from Duquesne School of Law in 2017 concentrating in Labor and Employment Law and Business Law. In addition to working for several years in a civil litigation firm, Kate had the honor of serving as Tipstaff, Executive Assistant, and Law Clerk to the Honorable Ronald W. Folino during his time as Administrative and Calendar Control Judge for the Court of Common Pleas in Allegheny County.
Kate is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Her memberships include the Allegheny County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association.
