John J. Heurich, Jr. is a member of the Corporate Practice Group. He assists and advises clients on a variety of business and financial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and dissolution, and general corporate matters. He also assists companies with patents, trademarks, copyrights and licensing.
John earned his J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 2013. While in law school, he received a Pro Bono Certificate of Recognition and a Certificate of Distinction in Clinical Work for his service with the Veterans Clinic at Duquesne University. In the Summer of 2011, he attended the Duquesne University School of Law and Universit ät zu Köln in Cologne, Germany, receiving instruction in European Public Law, Corporate Governance, and Intellectual Property. John earned a B.S. in Neuroscience and Psychology from Allegheny College in 2009. He was an Alden Scholar at Allegheny College.
Prior to joining The Lynch Law Group, John served for two years as a law clerk for the Honorable President Judge Thomas R. Dobson, Court of Common Pleas of Mercer County. Most recently, he worked for the Pittsburgh office of a regional law firm.
