David Weber is member of the Litigation Practice Group. He is a skilled litigator and trial attorney with experience in many facets of litigation, in a variety of forums, including federal and state trial courts, where he has represented clients on both the plaintiff and defense side. He concentrates his practice on a range of complex commercial litigation matters, including construction, insurance bad faith litigation and employment issues.
He is a 2008 graduate of the University of South Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies, magna cum laude. He also minored in Economics. Following his undergraduate studies, David attended the University Pittsburgh School of Law, earning his juris doctor in 2011.
David was the recipient of several honors while in law school, including the Faculty Award for Excellence in Legal Scholarship, the CALI Excellence for the Future Award – Law and Economics, and won the overall Appellate Moot Court Competition along with the Best Brief Award. Additionally, he was a member of the International Law Society, and served as an Assistant Editor, Paper Chase Writer and Forum Editor forJURIST, Pitt’s legal news and research service.
Prior to joining The Lynch Law Group, David worked in the Pittsburgh office of a large national law firm.
