Benjamin Johns is a Partner with The Lynch Law Group. His practice is focused on estate planning and administration with a particular focus on elder law and the unique issues and challenges that we can face as we age.
Benjamin is a passionate advocate for families and their right and ability to protect their assets from outside threats including the nursing home, the spouses of children and the government. He regularly lectures in his role as a continuing legal education instructor and has taught courses in such advanced areas as Medicaid Estate Recovery, Charitable Trusts, Retirement Trusts, and Trust Decanting, among many others.
Benjamin is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and was named to the 2019-2020 Pennsylvania Bar Leadership Institute class. He is also a member of the Butler County Bar Association and many elder law focused groups. In addition, he is a VA accredited attorney for veterans benefit claims before the Department of Veterans Affairs. Benjamin received his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Pittsburgh.
