Thank you for your thorough work in preparing my last will and testament and other related legal documents. I was very pleased with the excellent work you and your staff did on all my end-of-life legal forms; everything was very professional and the two staff members, Karen and Rebecca, were most helpful and enjoyable to talk with. Kathe was also pleased with how everything was handled and how friendly all your staff were.

My main reason, though, for this email is to pay you an indirect compliment (first, the auto-fill feature on my iPad wanted to enter the word complaint in my draft instead of compliment). Finally, just before Nick ended his last phone conversation with me, he paid you a compliment. While we were talking about the Lynch Law Group, he said, “Chuck Hadad is the best boss in the world to work for.” And after meeting with you in person, I can see why he said that.
