The Lynch Law Group is pleased to announce that attorney Krista Kochosky has joined the Firm as a member of the Real Estate and Litigation Practice Groups, focusing in the areas of civil litigation of professional liability for real estate brokers and agents; insurance bad faith litigation, insurance coverage litigation, unfair trade practices and consumer protection law, and fraud claims.
Ms. Kochosky has successfully defended the interests of real estate agents, brokers, and appraisers for over sixteen years in actions ranging from professional negligence to predatory lending in state and federal civil trials and administrative proceedings. In addition, she brings broad experience in defending the interests of major insurers with a particular focus on civil actions in state and federal courts alleging breach of contract and extra-contractual theories of liability, including statutory bad faith, unfair trade practices, and fraud claims.
“We are thrilled to bring onboard another attorney with the depth of experience and track record of success that Krista brings. Her focus will extend our areas of practice in a direction that will allow us to further serve the needs of our clients,” said Dan Lynch, managing partner of the Firm.
Prior to joining The Lynch Law Group, Krista practiced law for five years in the Pittsburgh office of O’Malley & Magley, LLP. She graduated magna cum laude from Kent State University in 1993 with a B.A. in English and Criminal Justice. She received her J.D. from Duquesne University School of Law in 1997, where she represented Duquesne in Trial Advocacy.
