Krista Kochosky, Chair of the Real Estate Practice Group, will instruct the Pennsylvania Bar Institute program, Real Estate Agent and Broker Liability 2019, on Tuesday, July 16th in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.
The course is presented simultaneously to Pennsylvania lawyers who defend and prosecute real estate licensees for violations of common law and statutory duties. And to real estate licensees, it is an in-depth study of the duties imposed by law and the standards that establish permissible professional conduct in day-to-day real estate practice.
This course has been approved for 3 CLE credits and 3.5 Real Estate Licensee CE Credits by the PA Real Estate Commission for the live site and all the simulcast sites.
