Chuck Hadad, Chair of the Estates and Trusts Practice, will share his expertise in working with younger clients to develop an estate plan that meets their specific needs. As part of the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s continuing education program, Estate Planning Techniques for Younger Clients, Chuck will join an experienced faculty to discuss key topics including:
- Naming executors or trustees
- Naming a guardian for young children
- Providing instructions for the distribution of assets
- Naming a trustee for children’s inheritance
- Reviewing insurance needs
- Planning for a disability
- Handling debt
The program will take place from 9:00 am – 12:15 pm on January 9, 2018, at the PBI Professional Development Conference Center, Heinz 57 Center 339 Sixth Ave., 7th Fl. Pittsburgh PA 15222. Participants will earn 3.00 substantive credits.
