Chuck Hadad, Chair of the Estates and Trusts Group, will instruct the National Business Institute’s continuing education program, The Probate Process From Start to Finish on December 20, 2017, at the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh South.
This seminar offers continuing education credits to accountants, attorneys, certified financial planners, paralegals, trust officers, and estate planners. Participants can earn up to 8.0 credit hours.
Chuck will discuss effective estate administration including responding to creditors’ claims, responsible management of estate cash, insolvency, disclaimers, and partial distributions. He also will cover the discovery and application of the laws of intestacy.
