Hon. Thomas Hardiman
Judge Hardiman will participate in a colloquy reflecting on his past experience as a litigator representing clients at many levels, including District Justice, the arbitration room, Common Pleas, Superior and Commonwealth courts, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, the US District Court, and the Third Circuit.
He will convey his views from the other side, as a current judge on the Third Circuit and previously at the Western District, and give insight into effective ways to represent clients at trial and on appeal.
