Kyle Baicker-McKee is an Associate at The Lynch Law Group, where he focuses his practice on environmental law, transportation law, and general civil litigation. With a strong background in both law and environmental science, Kyle brings a unique perspective to the Firm and our community.
Prior to becoming a lawyer and later joining The Lynch Law Group, Kyle spent nearly a decade gaining hands-on experience in environmental compliance and remediation as the Chief Scientific Officer for an environmental consulting firm. During his time in the field, he successfully managed and contributed to a wide variety of high-stakes projects, ranging from diesel tanker spill responses up to overseeing Superfund site cleanups.
A former marine biologist and scuba dive master, Kyle spends his free time traveling somewhere warm with water and also playing squash. He was recently ranked number 7 in the country for squash players over 35.
Kyle graduated Magna Cum Laude from Duquesne University School of Law, where he was honored to serve as an editor for the Duquesne Law Review. Kyle is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the Allegheny County Bar Association and the Philadelphia County Bar Association.
