Estates and Trusts

The Lynch Law Group’s Estates and Trusts Practice Group provides estate planning, estate administration, and related services to individuals, charitable organizations, foundations, and corporate fiduciaries such as trust companies and banks. Our attorneys work closely with clients in building their estates and developing plans to ensure the appropriate transfer of property to beneficiaries.

Estate planning services involve the preparation of a variety of documents tailored to achieve our clients’ objectives, including:

  • Wills
  • Trusts
  • Powers of Attorney
  • Health Care Powers of Attorney
  • Living Wills
  • Revocable and Irrevocable Trust Agreements
  • Charitable Trust and Foundation Instruments

We assist and advise executors and administrators of decedents’ estates in carrying out their legal duties as fiduciaries. We lead our clients through the complex probate and administration process, prepare estate tax and fiduciary income tax returns, and lead through the completing of the judicial and nonjudicial settlement of the executor’s account of proceedings.

Additionally, our deep experience in business succession planning allows clients to comprehensively prepare for both the succession of their businesses and their personal estates. We help business owners leverage business asset values and plan for the transition of leadership within their businesses.

We also represent clients in disputes involving the administration of trusts and estates, including representing fiduciaries and beneficiaries in controversies concerning the validity, interpretation, and implementation of wills and trusts.
