Chuck Hadad, Chair of the Estates and Trusts Group, will instruct Halfmoon Education’s continuing education program, The Complete Trust Course on October 24, 2017, at the Crowne Plaza Pittsburgh – Greentree.
This seminar offers continuing education credits to accountants, attorneys, certified financial planners, and IRS enrolled agents, and tax return preparers. Participants can earn up to 8.0 credit hours.
Chuck will discuss the use of revocable trusts, including advantages, disadvantages, and special tax issues. He also will cover the topic of sophisticated beneficiary choices in IRAs and trusts, including spousal rights, distribution rules, and the Roth IRA.
