Business owners looking to strategically position their business for growth are invited to attend the workshop, Building Your Business And Protecting Your Brand: Legal Issues For Growing Businesses, presented by attorneys, Tracy Zihmer, Kathleen Kuznicki, Krista Kochosky, Lisa Goddy and Karen Anspaugh of The Lynch Law Group.
The three-hour workshop will cover real-world issues on topics like reviewing your legal structure, costs and obligations of maintaining your business, how to protect the investment you’ve made in developing a brand, identifying your largest liability exposures and managing risk, contracts every business owner must have in place.
The workshop is part of a series hosted by the Center for Women’s Entrepreneurship (CWE) at Chatham University, called MyBusiness Growth Workshops. CWE members and non-members are welcome to attend.
