Mark A. Tutelo, Jr. is an Associate with The Lynch Law Group and a member of the Estates and Trusts, Litigation and Real Estate Practice Groups.
Prior to joining The Lynch Law Group, he worked for a top-five national bank advising clients in the areas of estate, investment and retirement planning. Building from that experience, Mark partners with clients to address their individual needs, utilizing a variety of planning vehicles, including; retirement and investment accounts, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and insurance and lending options. He also has experience in matters of trust administration, corporate trusteeship and fiduciary litigation.
Mark received his Juris Doctorate from Duquesne University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in both Psychology and Sociology from Duquesne University. While in law school, Mark founded and acted as Editor-In-Chief of the Duquesne University School of Law Criminal Law Journal. During his tenure he also served an Externship with the Honorable Arthur J. Schwab of the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
